WHO THIS IS FOR

The ones told to figure it out.

To push through. To not be dramatic. The ones who feel behind even when they're doing everything right.

“I'm doing everything right and still feel lost.”

IDENTITY

“Everyone has a plan for my life except me.”

ABOUT

My approach is grounded in training and sharpened by lived experience.

Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley shapes how you see yourself, your family, and your future. The expectations are real. The pressure is real. So is the confusion that comes when the path you were supposed to follow stops making sense.

I started m a f e c Counseling because I know what it feels like to be in the middle between cultures, between what others expect and what you actually want, and between who you were and who you are becoming.

I work with teens, young adults, and families who are navigating identity, direction, and transition. The clinical training is here. So is the lived experience. You do not need to explain yourself here. You can just show up as you are.
